Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

Roxy’s Rainbow Pet Crematorium currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order, regardless of order size or weight, unless otherwise stated.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (if offered): 1–2 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, or peak seasonal demand are outside of our control.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • Re-delivery will be charged at the standard £6.99 rate.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Provide your order number and, if applicable, photographs of any damage.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
